Green

Kumkum / temple silk red — matches the matrimony and temple photography already on the site.
Terracotta
Temple brick / clay — warm and South Indian, distinct from every other institutional site.
Deep teal
Green's calm plus blue's trust — modern, still pairs with gold accents.

Chosen on 2026-09-03 and live for a day; reverted to green on 2026-09-04.
Each mock strip and button below is drawn from that palette's own hex values rather than the site's live theme, so this page keeps showing all five for comparison no matter which one is in use. Both swaps — to navy on 2026-09-03 and back to green on 2026-09-04 — were measured rather than token edits: every button, card, gradient, focus ring, email template and hardcoded reference moved together, and the two contrast floors that are functions of the brand colour (the hero scrim and ScrollBackdrop’s) were re-derived each time rather than carried across. Green is the lighter of the two, so coming back cost wash on every photograph and needed a higher text opacity on the glass panels.
